This role is focused on the DACH market.

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team. This role is a unique opportunity to be a part of the founding team in Germany.

You will work closely with Kevin — our Head of Sales — a global sales team, and a DACH-focused team composed of SDRs and BDRs supporting your pipeline.

Your main task will be to develop PlayPlay's client base in the region with a focus on Mid-Market and Enterprise companies (1.000+ employees).

We’re looking for someone with sales experience working in the DACH market, an entrepreneurial mindset, an ambition to develop a new market, a native level in German and an interest in the video industry.

YOUR MISSIONS 💪

Build and manage your sales pipeline

  • In support of BDR & SDR prospecting activities, take care of prospecting leads through social selling and cold calling.
  • Conduct product demos to multiple decision-makers.
  • Close Mid-Market and Enterprise deals in various industries.
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholders through complex sales processes.
  • Drive expansion on your territory accounts.
  • Monitor your activities within Salesforce.
  • Participate in the biggest MarTech events in the DACH Market.
  • Become a pro user of PlayPlay's platform and gain expertise in the marketing & communications space.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new sales team members.
  • SKILLS 🎯

  • At least 2 years of Sales experience, including at least 2 year of experience as an Account Executive
  • Previous experience working in the SaaS tech industry would be a plus ⭐️
  • Proven track record of exceeding your sales quota with B2B customers.
  • Previous experience of working in the DACH market as a B2B Account Executive.
  • A previous experience in opening a new market would be a plus.
  • Native German Level required.
