Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for various tasks, including :

  • Identifying the most relevant locations based on internal strategy and gather key information.
  • Directly approaching prospects by telephone, email and submitting them to our investment comittee
  • Qualify leads interested and discover the needs of our partners
  • Management of your lead pipeline in Hubspot CRM

The Candidate we are looking for:

  • You have a strong commercial appetite, a proactive mindset and you like to persuade.
  • You are determined and enjoy a challenge.
  • You have excellent speaking skills and you know how to adapt to your contacts: you will have to approach property owners, CEOs of large property companies
  • You are fluent in French, both written and spoken.
  • You are structured and meticulous: you never forget to write down everything when you qualify a prospect and your follow-up in the CRM is impeccable.
