Lionel joined us in 2016 as a developer and has steadily built a strong expertise in Cloud encryption.
Now a Manager, he maintains his role as Lead Dev, combining leadership and technical expertise on OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
His strength? Leading an innovative encryption product while staying connected to field expectations. His involvement in pre-sales directly guides product development.
Chloe thrives on challenges, which is great because there are plenty in her role as Small and Medium Business Market Manager!
After joining PRIM'X in 2024, after starting her career in the IT consulting industry, her daily routine involves growing her client portfolio, developing sales strategies, and working closely with her team.
What does she enjoy most about her job? Seeking out tomorrow's clients, having freedom in her actions, as well as the team atmosphere and her manager's availability.
PRIM'X is a place where one can reinvent oneself, and Matthieu is the perfect example!
Since joining full-time in 2019, he has continuously evolved within the company.
Initially working on our products ZONEPOINT and ORIZON as well as C/C++ and Qt technologies, he immersed himself in more web-focused areas (TypeScript/React) and developed expertise in interfacing between web pages and native machine components.
Now, he's looking for more technical interaction with end users. As always at PRIM'X, we're seeking solutions to support him in this future evolution.
Vanessa and PRIM'X: It's Almost a Family Affair!
Starting as a Sales Manager a decade ago, it quickly became a regular thing for her children to have lunch with her and her colleagues. So PRIM'X has become something of a second home to them.
Today, as a Sales Director and Executive Committee member, Vanessa is an expert in sales strategy: she drives sales and motivates her teams to achieve ambitious results.
What makes her a true engine of our growth? Her ability to always stay attuned to her clients and colleagues.
Jean-Philippe likes to say he "fell into the IT cauldron at a young age, when everything was yet to be invented."
As a Technical Support Specialist at PRIM'X since March 2023, he assists clients through all stages of product deployment, which are as comprehensive as they are complex. It's a tailor-made role for him, since he has been working on the client side and knows their expectations, IT system management, constraints, and security requirements like the back of his hand!
What fuels his passion for support? Building relationships, staying close to customers, and the fulfillment he gets from sharing his insights.
