In this high-impact role, you will partner with Dimitri, our Growth Projects & Operations Director, to drive substantial revenue growth.

You'll lead the charge in optimizing our pricing models, driving the Pricing Strategy, and executing Go To Market plans.

Your work will involve cross-functional collaboration to analyze the impact of our current pricing strategy, propose and drive changes, and coordinate their implementation, directly impacting our financial performance and customer satisfaction across Europe.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Monetization and Pricing Expert at Qonto, you will:

Define and implement Qonto's comprehensive pricing strategy, including go-to-market pricing and existing customer base monetization.

Design and refine our pricing packages and their presentation to prospects and clients (pricing page, upsell flow, etc).

Increase revenue per user (ARPU) by identifying and transitioning customers to optimal pricing plans.

Coordinate cross-functional teamwork (with Strategy, Growth, Product & Tech, Ops, and Finance teams) to execute our pricing strategies.

Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.

🤝 About your future manager:

Your future manager will be Dimitri, our Growth Projects & Operations Director

His background? Dimitri has been with Qonto's strategy team for 5 years, having previously worked in management consulting. At Qonto, he's led several impactful initiatives, most notably building key elements of the Core Banking System

🏅 About You:

• You have at least 6+ years of experience in pricing roles, preferably in SaaS or tech companies.

• You transform data and effective pricing research into impactful pricing decisions

• Your understanding of market dynamics informs profitable yet competitive pricing

• You excel at uniting teams around common goals and driving teamwork

• Your project management skills ensure that pricing initiatives are executed smoothly
