The position

Job description

In this role as Quantis’ Talent Lead for France, you will be in a unique position to drive the talent strategy agenda and successful implementation to support each Quantisian based in France with our mission of accelerating sustainable change.  

You will work within a team of 5 colleagues, and report to the head of Talent & Operations for France & Germany.

DOES THIS DESCRIBE YOU AND YOUR NEXT ROLE?

  • You’re motivated to put your extensive talent/HR skills to work towards our mission of building a sustainable future. 
  • You’re an experienced, curious and motivated professional with 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources functions and your peers would recommend you as a valued business partner
  • You have a proven track record of aligning talent strategies with organizational objectives. You excel in managing talent programs, ensuring their implementation in a fast-paced, international environment, preferably in a professional services environment, ideally within a consulting firm. 
  • You have led a diverse range of talent topics such as recruitment, company culture, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, diversity & inclusion, compensation & benefits, and more. 
  • You have led Talent acquisition initiatives and effort, attracting the best talents within the company. 
  • You can oversee performance management and the entire employee lifecycle to enhance productivity and development. 
  • You have a solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.  
  • You can further develop our intrapreneurship mindset with programs targeting these skills. 
  • You have excellent communication and engagement skills. 
  • You’re an active, empathetic listener and have a strong sense of service
  • You feel at ease working with different cultures, both in-person and virtually. 
  • You prefer working with a high level of autonomy and self-management. 
  • You have a degree in human resources, business or other relevant field. 
  • You have full professional fluency in English and French

AS A TALENT LEAD, HERE’S A PREVIEW OF WHAT TYPE OF WORK YOUR DAYS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Listen to and guide Quantisians with empathy, expertise and focus to build a smooth and supportive talent structure across Quantis France 
  • Roll out Quantis’ talent strategy in collaboration with the head of Talent & Operations for France & Germany, as well as the Global Talent team members 
  • Be a business partner to consulting team leads to identify talent needs and to collaborate on solutions to achieve objectives 
  • Foster our Quantis culture with exciting employee engagement initiatives 
  • Develop and implement meaningful and impact-based diversity, equality and inclusion projects  
  • Lead talent best practices and policy development areas, such as an employee guide, an inclusive onboarding process, or fluid performance assessment processes, etc. 
  • Drive key Talent initiatives, including talent acquisition strategy & planning, hiring manager enablement, performance management, onboarding supervision, learning and development, employee satisfaction & surveys 
  • Supervise the work of the Talent coordinator on these 3 specific topics that you will be accountable for:  
  1. HR administration and data accuracy 
  2. Onboarding activities 
  3. Office life and team events 

  • Demonstrate business acumen, superior internal communication and stakeholder engagement skills in order to convey and promote talent news, programs and efforts that unlock business priorities 
  • Collaborate with relevant internal operational teams such as Admin & Finance, Branch Directors, Group Communication and more  
  • Ensure legal and administrative compliance regarding HR and talent 
  • Maintain a keen understanding of talent trends and best practices that feed continuous improvement and innovation

  • Location: Paris, flexible remote policy
  • Working Time: 100% (permanent contract)
  • Travel: occasionally in France and Europe, for company/team retreats
  • Optimal start date: Immediate
  • Frequent collaboration with other Quantis branches (Germany, Switzerland, USA and Italy) via web-conferences
