ROI Hunter
The engineering cheerleader. That is how David sometimes describes his job at ROI Hunter. He is no fan of fancy job titles and useless rules and processes. He started as a developer and remains a builder at heart - exploring the landscape of building organizations and teams that develop their product, making sure everybody on his team has everything they need to do an awesome job and enjoy the journey. In his words: “We build our own product, and we're really passionate about it. Nobody is telling us what to do and how to do it. Which means it's on us to figure it out. And we get to learn a lot along the way :).”
Every strong product has several essential pillars, and one of them is obviously product development. Our future relies on the talented team of product managers led by Adam, who has been with the company for over 7 years and hugely contributed to its success. At the very beginning, there was just a nameless internal tool for managing Facebook ads. Almost a decade later, there is no longer a tool but a robust e-comm solution that empowers businesses to identify and capitalize on profitable products. The platform has become so influential that it impacts every 60th online purchase worldwide. Some of the world's most iconic brands, such as Nike, Adidas, and M&S, trust it to optimize online sales and drive revenue growth.
Talking about something you trust and live every day can make your speech naturally passionate and enthusiastic, as it does with our Denisa. She was with the company through thick and thin and knows that strong culture is not formed overnight. Denisa is part of the team which led a huge turnaround and drove activities toward improving employee happiness (eNPS).
In a few years, eNPS got from -47, when the crisis hit, to the current +68: "We are really proud of that. During the years, we built together something I would describe as a community where we care for each other and our mutual success. We don't work for our CEO's new Ferrari. Karel, the CEO, is a visionary who wants to contribute positively to world change. And so do we."
Traveling all over Europe + job experiences from three different countries. That was Eszter's life before settling in a small village in the Czech Republic. However, the relocation into the countryside did not slow her down - she is as busy as usual, travels often, and runs the sales processes with brands like Marrionaud or New Balance: "Joining ROI Hunter was one the best decisions. It allows me to have an exciting career opportunity at a quickly growing company while keeping my calm village life - the best of both worlds.”
The One Who Came Back. That could be a fitting title for Honza's story if somebody would make a series about his work life. The plot would probably be: after 4 years at ROI Hunter he felt the change of environment and product was needed, so he left. 10 months, 1 karting teambuilding with his ex-colleagues, and a few important realizations later, he returned: "I discovered that gaining more experience is more about self-motivation than anything else. The second reason to return was that the people at ROI Hunter were always good to work with. Plus, I realized I couldn't work with a fully remote team because caipirinha parties after work are hard to do online."
Libor’s journey in ROI Hunter has started in 2016. He started as a tester to discover the possibilities of automated testing with Selenium. Together with his colleagues who he hired later, they created the project called Selena.
Many things changed since then. Libor has moved from testing to support which he leads and has become one of the best leaders in the company. He still helps ROI Hunter’s clients to deal mainly with technical issues and he also provides tech consultancy both internally and externally.
This is probably the thing Libor likes on ROI Hunter most - with high effort, you can move to a position that fits you and the business the best.

In return, they offer freedom without micromanagement, trust in approach, and support - whether it means mentoring and coaching sessions and other learning possibilities, or the fact that somebody is always ready to help. Hunters care about creating an open, helpful, and friendly environment and expect every newcomer to contribute. Colleagues and friends from around the globe, projects that will help some of the world's best-known brands, and the possibility to see the direct impact of your work are only some of the perks you can expect.
Good to Know
At the very beginning, there was a project among a few friends. Almost a decade later, ROI Hunter has a global presence, yet the unique atmosphere is still being spread around the company. Hunters often spend time together even after working hours, playing sports and board games, mastering their darts skills, racing karts or having good old BBQ & beers together. One of the greatest company benefits is flexibility: impact and delivered outcomes are more important than spending the whole day in the office with poor results.
