Martech team helps the production and circulation of assets through projects like PIM (Product Information management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) or generative AI. We build better connection with our consumers through CRM and better data. We optimize the experience constantly.
Martech team partners internally with ICE and Agency teams, Digital, Sanofi, software platform vendors and integrators and lead projects for main brands and key markets.

Main responsibilities
Lead the DAM (Digital Asset management) team (project team and DAM admin / librarian)
Contribute and improve the vision of the DAM as strategic enabler for content management end to end (creation, adaptation, storage and dissemination) and drive roadmap accordingly.
Refine and update the DAM roadmap in line with business priorities
Lead strategic integrations with other key applications / processes in the content ecosystems (validation, eCommerce, …)
Gather feedback from key stakeholders and users (priority brands and functions) to fully understand their needs and make sure the DAM enables content success.
Identify and prioritize use cases based on business relevance and tech readiness.
Manage the relationship with the DAM provider
Animate the DAM community (senior leaders / sponsors, champions, final users, agencies,…)
Ensure the entire DAM community is onboarded, trained and has access to all updated and relevant information
Review DAM key metrics and performance with key stakeholders
Education : Business, Engineering, but also actual experience on managing project.
Project management and product management in marketing environement and SAAS product with configuration and integrations.
Knowledge of content ecosystem through DAM experience, agency experience or hands-on experience in FMCH/FMCG company, key players and processes is a strong plus
MarTech exposure (PIM, DAM, CRM, …) over build / run modes
Understanding of change management with digital products for marketing/sales (New CMS implementation, or CRM implementation or DAM implementation)
Project management skills with proven practice of methods.
Stakeholders management (from senior leadership to final users)
Collaborative Mindset, with strong communication
Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty
English as a must, French as a plus.
