Job description

At Schneider Electric, the Power Systems DCX (Digital Customer Experience) team promotes the adoption of digital tools to enhance the customer journey for the purchasing part. We offer a seamless end-to-end digital experience to our customers in the form of cloud-hosted web applications for configuring medium voltage products (distribution board, equipment, circuit breakers, etc.).Your role:Reporting to the DCX program Manager (Rekha) and within a team of 25 Engineers, you will be based in Grenoble. You will be responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying areas for improvement. You will conduct ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.Your main missions:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design innovative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic objectives and technological capabilities.
  • Serve as a link between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Present project findings, recommendations, and updates to various audiences.
  • Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks or deviations from the plan.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvement.
Your profile:
  • Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Your skills:
  • A Business Analyst certification is appreciated.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical, adaptive, independent, rigorous, and good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Experience in web technology development and software platforms.
  • Knowledge of the power systems domain is necessary.
  • Agile mode knowledge.
  • Fluent in French and English.
