We have an exciting opportunity available to join an international team, working on a key topic enabling business success. As part of the engagement & continuous listening team, you will assist the Business Process Driver with educating others on the topic of employee engagement, coordinating internal processes to measure engagement, and supporting business leaders to act on insights. This position is within the Global HR Total Rewards and Performance department, and is located in Rueil Malmaison, France. We are dedicated to making Schneider Electric a great place to work and believe that employee engagement ultimately leads to customer loyalty and satisfaction.Position Requirements:Reporting to the VP Engagement & Continuous Listening, you will be part of the team in charge of employee engagement and continuous listening. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams including People Analytics, Engagement Partners, Schneider Digital, Global Delivery & Excellence, and global leads for topics which drive engagement, such as Recognition and Wellbeing.In collaboration with the Engagement & Continuous Listening Business Process Driver, you will:

  • Support the implementation of the annual employee engagement survey.
  • Partner with internal communications to prepare presentations to target audiences.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with engagement partner network, preparing support materials for this community.
  • Collaborate with internal core team supporting engagement and continuous listening activities to deliver robust program and respond to inquiries.
  • Aid in the development and maintenance of program governance & training related documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Degree sought: Bac +4; Bac +5; gap year or alternating Bac+5
  • Specialization: Human Resources.
  • Languages: Fluent English (B2 level minimum)
  • Software: MS TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Previous work experience/internship in human resources is a plus.
  • You like working as part of a team, leveraging your project management skills and have a demonstrated ability to utilize different communication channels/networks.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work in a team/project mode in a multicultural environment, to create & innovate.
  • You have high team spirit and interpersonal skills, you put the employee experience at the center of your priorities.
  • Your curiosity, ability to deliver within deadlines, commitment, active listening, and empathy make you a great fit for this role.
  • The position has an international dimension and requires the ability to adapt to different cultures.
