Job description

Environment of workAs part of the Industrial Automation Commercial Organization and segment organization (four different segments) you will be a key contributor in driving synergies and digital transformation through the full eco-system.You will drive and maintain the reporting mechanisms and the execution plans in addition to the sales enablement drivers.Mission : To support on transforming, simplifying and digitizing the commercial wing of the IA business unit.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital transformation for the commercial organization and segment organization

  • Synergize and digitize processes in an executive format
  • Automate and harmonize the repetitive reporting task
  • Act as disruptive agent and digital ambassador
  • Engage on digital tools development and lead the change management on deployment, coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and countries
Sales excellence
  • Share best practices between GTMs (Go To Market)
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of the commercial transformation framework
  • Act as representative for the Industrial Automation Business Unit and the countries for the needs for improvements
Communication
  • Support the executive presentations and communication plan for the commercial organization
  • Participate in the preparation of the executive events
