We are fast growing and we want to do so healthily. Our Mission is to oversee internationally all digital design within Schneider Electric, to infuse the design culture in the company, and to deploy the design system. We create consistent, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for our users.We are looking for a Design Ops Communication Trainee to join our Digital Design team. You will work directly with the Design Ops Manager and be in charge of content creation, driving team engagement, and cultivating a dynamic design community. Your mission? Documenting and disseminating design processes to embed a culture of design excellence across the company, accelerating our journey towards enhanced Design Maturity. Join us in shaping the future of design within our organization!You will be responsible for :

  • Content management and creation:
    • Contribute to showcasing the impact of design initiatives by assisting in creating and writing team success stories and business cases, advocating for the value of design within and beyond the organization.
    • Efficiently manage and publish design-related content across various channels, from our Digital Design Team community on Teams to internal (Viva Engage) and external platforms (Medium, Schneider Blog).
    • Develop collaborative editorial guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all communication materials.
    • Compile newsletters to enhance transparency and engagement by highlighting team activities and achievements.
  • Team engagement and communication:
    • Organize and facilitate design reviews to establish essential feedback loops and informed design decisions.
    • Communicate training plans and events to promote knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities within the team.
  • Community building and advocacy:
    • Coordinate Design-T-REX (Return on Experience) sessions to share valuable team Design best practices.
    • Drive Digital Design team cohesion and collaboration by organizing engaging team activities and initiatives (Music Challenge, Random Coffee Chat…)
