We are fast growing and we want to do so healthily. Our Mission is to oversee internationally all digital design within Schneider Electric, to infuse the design culture in the company, and to deploy the design system. We create consistent, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for our users.We are looking for a Visual Designer (Graphic & Motion) Trainee to join our Digital Design team. You will work directly with the UI Design Director and be in charge of creating visual and content assets. Your mission? Assisting product teams in the creation of coherent visual assets to embed a culture of design excellence across the company, accelerating our journey towards enhanced Design Maturity. Join us in shaping the future of design within our organization!You will be responsible for :

  • Concept development and visual execution: Create promotional concepts, artwork, presentations, and animations for digital projects, following creative briefs and requirements.
  • Brand and design consistency:Work within guidelines to produce layouts that reinforce the brand's voice. Maintain a consistent look and feel across diverse assets.
  • Asset management:Organize production assets systematically to facilitate ease of use by the team. Ensure that all design assets are accessible, categorized, and ready for implementation.
  • User-Centric advocacy:Act as an ambassador and advocate for user-centric, accessible, and sustainable UI design practices. Promote best practices and standards within the design process to enhance user experience and accessibility.

  • A solid foundation graphic design.
  • Experience with transitions, animation, motion design and dynamic interactions.
  • Excellent visual, written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines.
  • Take direction and work both collaboratively and solo.
  • Experience working on software and applications including data visualisation.
  • Experience with javascript and generative graphic design is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a global team.
  • You are comfortable with Figam, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect
