After graduating from École Polytechnique in 2006, their CEO Armand Thiberge moved to India and began his career in web project management with the aim of giving small and medium-sized businesses access to the same marketing tools as major brands.
In 2012, Armand founded Mailin, a company born for this. After a few adjustments to the name and functionality, Brevo has become the all-in-one digital marketing tool as it is today, supporting over 450,000 users worldwide, available in 6 languages, and sending over 3.5 billion emails every day. Today our mission is to give all businesses the tools they need to build stronger relationships with customers and grow through meaningful interactions.

It was during a VIE in India that Armand, their CEO, had the idea of creating Brevo to enable companies, associations and communities to strengthen their link with their community in the long term thus giving birth to the Noida office, then to 8 other offices in the world including our HQ in France. Brevo advocates different management with diverse profiles and a People strategy focused on multiculturalism, inclusion and diversity through, for example, the signing of the Parental Act 2020 and the Parity Act in 2022. Aware of the environmental challenges, Brevo also joined the Climate Act in 2021 and committed with other tech players to perform the carbon footprint calculation and reduce it.

Aware of environmental issues, Brevo joined the Climate Act in 2021 and has since committed to achieving its carbon footprint (scope 1, 2 and 3) and to reducing its carbon emissions. We have made all this information available on our website as well as a calculator that allows everyone to estimate their carbon footprint related to sending emails via our platform.
