We are looking for a dynamic HR Project Manager to lead and support strategic HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational culture.

This role involves managing projects across various HR domains, ensuring their successful delivery while fostering collaboration, change management, and alignment with business objectives.

As HR Project Manager, you will:

  • Design, create, and deliver impactful training and e-learning content on topics such as Competencies Review, Talent Review, Co-development Sessions, and Leadership Development (e.g., Brevolve for managers).
  • Lead and facilitate engaging training sessions, including train-the-trainer programs, to build internal capability.
  • Plan, execute and analyse employee engagement surveys, ensuring seamless deployment and data collection.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of engagement and retention plans, suggesting adjustments as necessary.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational or cultural shifts.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and seamless integration of initiatives.
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in HR project management or a related field, with a focus on Learning & Development, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to create impactful training and workshop content. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of organizational culture and experience in fostering cultural alignment.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
