As part of the company’s growth, we are looking for an HR manager and Business Partner to support the growth of a team of 200 people and over 50 anticipated recruitments, and to manage the HR team.
As HR Business Partner, you will be the main point of contact between the CEO, managers and the various teams. Your main mission will be to support managers in the management and development of their teams, while supporting the day-to-day running of the company and its employees through appropriate initiatives.
You will also be working with a Chief of Staff, the guardian of the company’s internal communication, culture, ritual, organisational design.
You will be responsible for :
Talent Acquisition and recruitment, with the support of a recruiter in France and one in Portugal.
Talent Experience, personnel administration and payroll, in liaison with an HR manager in France and one in Portugal, as well as an assistant office manager in Paris.
Talent Development.
Day-to-day support for managers on issues of growth, performance and team management,
Propose the training needed to support the company’s growth,
Support the company in implementing processes linked to the performance culture (annual appraisal, 360° appraisal, performance improvement plan, etc.),
Manage and negotiate employee departures,
Participate in the development and drafting of HR policies, procedures and practices to meet Veesion’s operational needs,
Team management (5 people).
With a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position and 7 years in human resources, you have :
A solid grasp of best HR practices, particularly in recruitment and talent management,
Excellent writing and communication skills
Knowledge of employment law,
Fluency in English at a professional level (international environment) is essential.

active, measured listening: understanding human issues and proposing appropriate, pragmatic solutions
ability to manage complex situations: mediation, conflict management, support for managers
initiative and autonomy: being able to make proposals and work independently
