To support Brevo in its energetic and ecological transition, the Impact division is looking for a CSR Representative apprentice.

Starting date : 2 September 2024

As an apprentice, you will contribute, with the support of the Impact Manager, to:

  • Creating and implementing a strategy in regards to the obtaining of B Corp certification and improving our Ecovadis certification score (creating/improving existing CSR policies, monitoring projects, etc.).
  • Carrying out a Carbon Footprint Assessment and implementing a strategy to reduce our carbon footprint for all our offices. 
  • Helping operational staff to develop their CSR practices, particularly with regard to the environment (climate fresk, purchasings, digital pollution, mobility, etc.)
  • Leading working groups: social committee, green committee & rainbow alliance - collecting and building key CSR indicators for the CSRD
  • Promoting our CSR practices externally (responding to calls for tender from prospective customers, preparing posts for social networks in collaboration with our marketing team).
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • Your are a student doing an apprenticeship (alternance), ideally lasting 2 years
  • 3 to 5 years' Bachelor or Masters in a course specialising in CSR or sustainable development (e.g. engineering school, university course, business school)
  • You'll be able to put forward proposals, be curious, passionate and constantly on the lookout for new ideas.
  • Organised, autonomous, able to work in project mode and manage priorities.
  • Project management, ability to analyse and summarise, team spirit, interpersonal skills, rigour, autonomy, organisation- Good ability to analyse data and KPIs, and mastery of associated tools 
  • Fluent French and English required
