The Sales Partnership Manager is responsible for developing and managing a network of strategic partners to increase the company's influence, visibility, and commercial performance.
They play a key role in creating and managing partnerships by collaborating closely with major stakeholders such as:
Technology partners
Integrators
Consulting firms
Digital marketing agencies
In close coordination with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Customer Success Management), they facilitate collaboration with partners to generate business opportunities and optimize the integration of solutions.
As Sales Partnership Manager, you will:
Identify and prospect new strategic partners.Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.Monitor competitors to detect new trends and partnership opportunitiesCollect strategic insights from partners to enhance market knowledge for the Sales teams.Coordinate co-marketing actions (events, webinars, content, joint testimonials).Collaborate with marketing to create joint campaigns.Facilitate technical integrations between the solution and technology partners.Work with product and technical teams to ensure solution interoperability.What will contribute to your success:
3 to 5 years experience in partnership management, business development, or commercial development, ideally in the SaaS, CRM, or software solutions sector.French and English speaker, with a good knowledge of French marketGood knowledge of key market players is a plus.Ability to convince, negotiate, and build trust-based relationships with partners.Results-oriented with the ability to identify growth opportunities through partnerships.Excellent communication and the ability to unite teams around common projects.Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously with a structured and methodical approach.What we offer:
