We are looking for a Workplace Experience Manager & Executive Assistant based in Paris. Reporting to our VP People Europe and in collaboration with our Office Manager, you will take care of our Brevonauts by organizing and coordinating different kinds of initiatives and projects.

This is an ideal position for a smart, motivated individual who is passionate about delivering strategic value and work in a high powered, collaborative environment.

As Workplace Experience Manager, you will:

  • Manage the entire facility for our new own office: security, HSE, providers, food & beverages, etc
  • Organize team building events for all the departments and for the whole global company (local and global offsites, LunchinGreen, DrinkingGreen, Christmas and Summer parties, etc)
  • Liaise with event agencies, and manage budget in collaboration with our Finance Team
  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure smooth operation of office technology, including managing hardware and software needs, facilitating troubleshooting requests from staff, and overseeing the setup of workstations for new employees
  • Ensure onboarding process is smooth for all the employees
  • Lead and guide the team composed by our Office Manager and an apprentice
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • 5+ years of experience as Event Coordinator/Workplace Manager
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both English & French
  • Experience in similar start-up environments and international organizations preferable
  • Proven ability in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite
