About the role 🚀
As Qantev’s Head of People, you’ll report directly to the CEO, be a member of the ExCom and work closely with our Leadership Team. In this newly created role, you will oversee every aspect of the People function, including organizational design, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance development, and employee engagement. This position is critical for supporting our ongoing growth and scaling initiatives, ensuring we build a strong, effective team aligned with our business objectives.
What you will do 👊
People Strategy: Collaborate with the Founders to ensure our team is the right size, well-structured, motivated, and performing at its best to achieve business objectives.
Talent Acquisition: Leadthe recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
People Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes for onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with market standards and company goals.
Performance Development: Implement and manage performance development programs to foster growth and high performance within the team.
Employee Engagement: Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes a high-performance culture where employees thrive and enjoy their work.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, safety regulations, and GDPR requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience, with a strong background in talent acquisition, talent management, people operations and compliance. They should have experienced a first role where they scaled a People function, demonstrating their ability to effectively grow and manage People operations in a dynamic environment:
Proven experience in leading a team in a People function with a hands-on approach.
Deep understanding of French employment law and organizational design principles suitable for tech companies.
Exceptional project management, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult employee relations issues.
Highly execution-oriented with a track record of delivering tasks and projects effectively.
Fluency in English is mandatory
You are fluent in both French and English, which is essential for our international operations. Any additional language skills are always a plus
