Our goal

Shipup started in June 2020 a very strong growth phase thanks to a 6m€ series A: from 25 full-time employees to a goal of 60 full-time employees 12 months later.
And more than ever, with the impressive growth in ecommerce during the pandemic, we need to onboard new talents.

Reporting to the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for the development of the entire editorial strategy and all digital content on different medias. Your missions are part of our inbound marketing strategy but also with the aim of developing our brand awareness. Being our first Content Manager, you will have the opportunity to (almost) start from scratch and design your job.

Your missions

  • Develop, with the support of the Marketing Director, a content strategy in its entirety with the aim of generating new qualified leads among other things
  • Produce high value-added content on innovative formats: articles, booklets, white papers, print, videos, computer graphics, case studies, FAQs, newsletters, etc. or any other medium that you consider is appropriate with your expert eye.
  • Participate in the SEO strategy
  • Benchmark on an ongoing basis for new inputs and topics that will benefit our overall content strategy
  • Guarantee the coherence of the different medias by ensuring the correct positioning of the content in line with the Shipup strategy. To do this, you will regularly exchange with all the teams in the organization: Growth, Sales, Customer Success and Tech.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and key learnings within the allocated budget

Preferred experience

  • Ideally, you already have a first successful experience in content in an environment close to ours (Saas B2B).
  • You have excellent writing skills with a flawless spelling, grammar and syntax. Your pen is your best ally.
  • You are a native English speaker (or equivalent) and abble to produce content in FR and EN.
  • You are an expert in Content Marketing tools and best practices in order to deliver a coherent content strategy.
  • You are recognized for your audacity and your boldness to bring forward proposals
  • You have analytical and synthesis skills to structure content.
  • Being a native English speaker would be a big plus.
  • The little extra: you are comfortable with the concepts of SEO-oriented content.
