As a Growth Intern, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, targeting, and nurturing leads to drive growth. You will work closely with the Growth, Sales, and Operations teams, gaining hands-on experience in outbound strategies and growth tactics. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation: Research, identify, and target potential clients through outbound prospecting efforts.
Outbound Campaigns: Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage prospects.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
CRM Management: Help maintain and optimize our CRM by ensuring high-quality data input and tracking of lead interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align outbound efforts with company objectives.
Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights on improvement and optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
Proactivity & Ownership: You take initiative and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into challenges.
Data-Driven Mindset: You’re comfortable with numbers and can analyze metrics to drive decisions.
Excellent Communicator: You have strong written and verbal communication skills in French (mandatory) and English (fluent).
Curiosity & Drive: You have a strong interest in Growth Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
Team Player: You enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Tools Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a bonus but not required.
