Context
The objective of Skello's Design team is to ensure the best experience for our customers and to create features that empower them. At the heart of all our projects, Product Designers are at the forefront of building our product(s), finding solutions to make it bold and easy to use.
As our future Product Designer, you will be involved in the entire product development process, from the brainstorming phase to launch, to ensure a high-quality experience for all users.
You will be joining a passionate, talented, and multidisciplinary team dedicated to developing innovative experiences, executing exceptional in-product creative, and elevating the craft standards of features used by millions of people across Europe.

Missions
Contribute to the development of the product design vision and be able to make autonomous product decisions from ideation to execution.Convey complex ideas effectively, simplify information, and actively share knowledge through strong communication skills.Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Engineers as a trusted thought partner, contributing to the identification, solving, and delivery of products.Drive design excellence and process improvement across the organisation, collaborating with peers and stakeholders to achieve positive product impact and enhance ways of working.Design and deliver a high-quality UI that reflects Skello's brand, with thoughtful choices, functional interfaces, and visually appealing design that creates business value.Support the design system by documenting components, participating in strategy development, and promoting internal alignment.Ensure and enhance the quality of Skello's product through continuous monitoring, testing, and leading user research to better serve the needs of Skello's customers.Qualifications
4+ years experience designing and building product(s).Shipped high-quality designs that enhance product experience.Detail-oriented with expertise in UX, UI, and visual design, capable of delivering production-ready assets for development with precision.Meaningfully worked on, or with a design system.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, pragmatic and entrepreneurial.English fluency required.
