The team and its organization
At Skillup, we’re a twenty-strong Tech/Data/Product team divided into 4 features teams, organized according to the different modules (training, skills, interviews and people review) of our SaaS solution.
Each features team reports to a tech lead and a dedicated product manager, and is responsible for a functional and technical area that enables us to manage projects: design, development, testing and QA, delivery and maintenance.
There is also a data team (4 people) in charge of implementing a reliable and scalable data architecture.
The rest of the team is supported by 2 UX Designers, 1 Engineering Manager, 1 Head of Product and the CTO on the management side.
The role
You’ll be part of one of the Skillup team’s fullstack squads (4 developers). Your role is to help us improve our products, develop new features and offer our customers the best possible user experience.
As a Senior, you’ll not only act as a reference on design and development issues, but you’ll also help your team members to progress by sharing your expertise.
Missions
Work on the continuous improvement of existing functionalities/modules
Work on the implementation of new functionalities / modules
Consolidate tests and refine code quality
Ensure delivery of the best user experience for our customers

Background and experiences:
You have at least 7 years’ experience as a web developer
You want to be able to work on both front and back-end issues
You’re familiar with the following technologies: React; Node; Typescript
