Summary:
We are looking for a Director of Programmatic Customer Success to lead the servicing and growth of third-party curation (3PC) partnerships. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of partnerships across a variety of programmatic stakeholders, including Curation-as-a-Service (CaaS) providers, Tier 1 agencies, independent agencies, supply-side partners, retail media networks (RMN), commerce media networks (CMN), ad networks, data providers, and data exchanges.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the AdTech space, with experience at a curation platform and a proven ability to foster relationships, solve complex issues, and drive partnership growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PC partners, providing high-level support to ensure satisfaction and long-term success. Develop and execute strategies to grow and strengthen partnerships across diverse stakeholders, including agencies, supply-side partners, and data providers. Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs and implement tailored solutions. Provide expert guidance and proactive support to partners to maximize their programmatic campaign performance. Stay current with trends in the AdTech ecosystem to anticipate partner needs and identify growth opportunities. Act as a trusted advisor for partners, leveraging insights to optimize performance and deliver value. Lead initiatives to onboard new 3PC partners, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business obQualifications:
Extensive experience in programmatic advertising, with experience at a curation platform. Proven success in managing and growing relationships with third-party partners, particularly in the programmatic ecosystem. Deep understanding of curation partnerships and their components, including CaaS, agencies, RMN/CMN, and data providers. Exceptional problem-solving and relationship-building skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
