Responsibilities
The MARK AMER Business Management Office (BMO) supports Global Markets activities. The team is responsible for driving business initiatives, acts as the primary liaison between the Front Office and the different support groups in the bank, and provides a critical service as the champion of business supervision and control.
Within MARK AMER Business Line BMO group, the EQD BMO team members focus on subset of Equity businesses, ranging from Delta One and volatility principal activities to agency execution and clearing solutions.
The V.I.E's main responsibilities will include:
- Implementation and production of dedicated reporting for the management of the Equity Derivates department (P & L, risks, activity, ...)
- Support of organizational projects for trading and sales, on principal and agency businesses
- Studies and ad-hoc requests from the management and the COO
- Contribution to the development projects of the department
- Support and foster automation of processes
- Coordination of Executive Committees and Townhalls for EQD business
Due to the VIE eligibility criteria a questionnaire will be provided. - Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance/Business or Engineering
- A previous experience in Finance/Investment Banking would be appreciated
Language skills:
- Fluent in English (B2-C1)
Technical, operational & Soft skills:
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Good command of VBA
- Good communication and presentation skills
The VIE assignment in a nutshellThis VIE in New York is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 18 months. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
