The position

Job description

As part of the Finance department in SG Luxembourg, DFIN/MAR team is in charge of prudential regulatory reporting for the bank and its subsidiaries and some specific and expert transversal controls for SG Luxembourg. With a great diversity of nationalities, the team is made up of experts in their respective fields. The team has a variety of exchanges with multiple services : treasury, AML, risk, IT, head office and offshore teams and regulators.

The V.I.E. Liquidity Reporting Analyst will:

- Produce and certify liquidity data contribution to SG head office both for regulatory and business lines dedicated to monitoring purposes (Flash reports, LCR, AMT, NSFR, SSM) mainly for SGSS (securities services) and PRIV (private banking)
- Produce and certify liquidity regulatory reporting with appropriate quality to submit to the regulator for Luxembourg prudential consolidated and sub-consolidated perimeters (LCR, AMT, NSFR)
- Conduct analytical reviews from one snapshot date to another, run a set of plausibility checks and propose proactively additional checks intra/intermetrics
- Perform recurrent and punctual adjustments in order to improve data quality and reflect appropriate liquidity treatment (both inventory and metrics)
- Actively contribute to various business, transversal, regulatory projects and propose / implement processes improvements

Please note that for the missions outside the European countries, a VISA is necessary. Please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure. Otherwise, we strongly advise you to launch asap the renewal of your passport.

Profile required

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
• Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance
• A previous experience in Data or Regulatory would be appreciated

Language skills:
• Fluent in English (B2-C1)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:
• Proficient/Good command of MS Office
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong listening and analytical skills
• Proactivity, spearheading of proposals

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Luxembourg is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
