We are looking for a V.I.E. within the Sales Department, part of the team responsible for managing existing customers and working alongside the Sales Consultants.

Your role will be to:
• provide support for internal and external Sales Mobility Consultants in the administrative management of the portfolio, portfolio development, and renewal of ongoing contracts
• handle commercial requests (preparation of offers, creation of clients, orders, and follow-ups), including contract modifications, residual value, creation or modification of offers, etc., to ensure efficiency and responsiveness
• be an active participant in internal audits (Audit, GPS...)
• monitor the process from offer signature to order placement (credit approval and file creation)
• implement follow-up phone actions with targeted clients
• collect information on the alignment of requested offers with client needs
• contact clients to maintain an ongoing commercial relationship
• ensure service continuity in the absence of colleagues
• manage and update Salesforce

Profile required

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
• Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Business, Economics, or Law
• A previous experience in the automative industry would be appreciated

Language skills:
• Fluent in English (B2-C1)
• German, Luxembourgish are strong assets

Technical, operational & Soft skills:
• Proficient/Good command of MS Office
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and passion for the automotive industry
• Excellent organization skills, resilience to stress, and effective priority management
• Strong analytical skills and ease with numbers
• Team spirit and solidarity are part of your values

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Luxembourg is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
