We’re looking for an amazing Product Designer to help us fulfil our product ambitions. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our product managers and engineering teams to continuously enhance our solutions based on the needs of farmers and agronomists.

You will be responsible for creating intuitive and aesthetic interfaces that meet our users’ expectations, while enriching our Design System. We also expect you to understand our business priorities, an ability to explore and understand user issues and transform complex ideas into clear, impactful visual and interactive experiences.

As a Product Designer, you are committed to continuous improvement and to delivering an intuitive, user-friendly experience for our users.

Your role and responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of our users’ persona and how they interact with our platform.

• Identify and prioritize user needs to ensure optimal user experience.

• Collaborate with the Tech team, internal key players and the Product Managers to ensure feasibility and consistency of solutions.

• Design clear and intuitive user flows through wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes (Figma).

• Maintain and enrich the Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency of products.

• Organize user tests to validate designs and identify areas for improvement.

• Participate in QA by testing functionalities under development and identifying ergonomic or design problems.

• Maintain a competitive watch to keep abreast of trends in design and user experience.

• Experience 1-2 years of experience in Product Design

• Figma holds no secrets for you!

• Meticulous and organized - you take pleasure in managing multiple tasks, efficiently steering two projects simultaneously thanks to your organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

• Detail oriented - You like clean, simple interfaces and you’re enthusiastic to the pixel-perfect!

• Team player - You are used to cross-functional teams. Sharing Work In Progress, asking to be challenged. Progress comes from collaboration & teamwork.

• French and English speaker - You speak French fluently and English on a professional level.

4. Last step interview (30 min) with Marie-Laure, Head of Product
