Ensuring that everyone receives a warm welcome is crucial if all employees are to feel at home with the company and its pace of life. To enable new arrivals to feel at ease and settle in quickly, we have set up a real induction program for support staff, who meet all the co-directors and department managers for a week. This enables them to gain a better understanding of their jobs and their day-to-day work, as well as the company's challenges and operating methods.
Permanent and temporary teams are enrolled in the next onboarding session as soon as they join the company. This is a half-day session during which everyone meets up for a tour of the theater, with information on the company's history, safety and culture. Intermittent and permanent staff are mixed together on this day.
The diversity of our professions is both an asset and an opportunity. That's why we encourage exchanges between the different business communities, and have set up the "vis-ma-vie" system, which enables our employees to discover the different businesses around them during a day (or evening) of total immersion.
To ensure cohesion and information sharing, we have set up a number of internal tools and events. From the monthly newsletter, to dynamic screens reporting on the life of the various departments, to events organized for Easter, Halloween, Carnival or Christmas, our employees share moments of laughter and good humor. These events include activities such as Murder Parties and open stages.
For the company's permanent staff, an off-site seminar is also organized regularly to share Group and company strategy, as well as quarterly meetings that enable management to report on collective progress and commercial performances.
