Onboarding process
Ensuring that everyone receives a warm welcome is crucial if all employees are to feel at home with the company and its pace of life. To enable new arrivals to feel at ease and settle in quickly, we have set up a real induction program for support staff, who meet all the co-directors and department managers for a week. This enables them to gain a better understanding of their jobs and their day-to-day work, as well as the company's challenges and operating methods.
