The richness of our activity offers a variety of profiles and professions, which can be divided into three groups:
Administrative services: the smooth practical and administrative management of our productions relies on all the departments whose job it is to frame and support them. The company is made up of a number of different professions, working in marketing and sales, events, IT, finance, production, general services and human resources.
Technical professions: to build the quality of our productions, we rely on the expertise of our technical teams. Whether it is sound, lighting, puppets & props, costumes, machinery or stage management, Stage Entertainment brings together a wide range of technical skills. The company also offers its teams the opportunity to work on a wide range of events: our productions, of course, but also, thanks to our events department, various concerts, conferences and graduations.
Artistic professions: to guarantee our audiences an unforgettable emotional experience, our productions rely on the talent of our artistic teams. The versatility of the Musical register opens the doors to a wide range of performing arts: singers, dancers, musicians and actors, but also the management teams, with our children's and adult troupes' stage managers, our choreographers and our artistic directors.

At Stage Entertainment France, we put people at the heart of our missions. A true factory of emotions, we are committed to transmitting our passion to our audiences and employees alike. To this end, the company is made up of a permanent administrative body, including support services such as human resources, which works every day to ensure the excellence of our productions through the support of its talents.
Identifying, developing and nurturing the talents of each individual to help the company grow: this is the ambition of the HR department, which also supports all its employees on a daily basis and guarantees the company's sound administrative management. Headed by Davone Fonteneau, the department has four full-time employees specialized in the law and practices of live performance and special schemes such as intermittence.

The size of our shows and the complexity of our technical equipment call for expert management of the stage, which is handled by a team of around fifteen technicians, specialized in machinery, carpentry and welding, and trained in safety regulations.

To meet the needs of production and technical department managers, our administrative production manager assists teams on a daily basis with their issues and emergencies.

The management of the theater and its security, maintenance and renovation needs is handled by the general services department, which guarantees the quality of the welcome reserved for our audiences and employees, and is the hallmark of Stage Entertainment France.

To guarantee the long-term future of our shows and to promote them, our marketing and sales teams work hard every day to manage ticket sales, but also to ensure that Stage Entertainment France is represented to a wide variety of audiences. From B to B to B to C, they regularly set up sales operations and analyze their impact, leaving nothing to chance.
