"My journey at Steeple began as a web integrator during a co-op program, but soon I had the opportunity to wear several hats: web integrator, web designer, project manager... At the end of my co-op program, I continued the adventure as a Front-End Developer in a permanent position, allowing me to fully focus on Steeple's development. Of all the projects I was involved in, the redesign of Steeple remains one of the most memorable for me. It was a real challenge, because I discovered the programming language (Nuxt.js) at the same time as the project was growing. Fortunately, I was able to train internally with the help of a colleague who was leading the technical redesign of Steeple. Over time, our development team grew, which enabled me to take on the role of Lead Developer."

We attach great importance to developing the skills of our employees. We offer various solutions: in-house training, external training and coaching. In terms of language training, we provide personalised online training with a dedicated trainer via our partnership with Learnship, as well as online apprenticeship training with Babbel. For sales training, we have introduced value selling for the sales managers and MEDDIC for the sales teams. New managers receive external training and also take part in a monthly "managerial lab" where they share their experiences and find solutions together. Emerging practices and projects are then communicated to the Board to influence the organisation in the long term. Finally, we offer technical training to stay at the cutting edge, particularly in vue.js, node.js and flutter. An internal mobility programme is developed by our HR teams to encourage career development.
