🔎 In a nutshell, what we look for?

We are looking for a smart team-member to join our People & Office team . This team is already composed of several members (notably Louis and Chloé). Due to our strong growth, we need an enthusiastic people to support many aspects of the Stocklers’ experience !

We are looking for a full-time employee (CDI) to start as soon as possible.

The People team is in charge of employees support and happiness. The team has a pivotal role in Stockly’s growth and has already successfully onboarded and assisted 90+ talents.

You will be in charge of:

  • Ensuring that the office is a great place to work, comfortable and welcoming

  • Ensuring that everyone is well equipped (computers, desks, screens…)

  • Innovating to make Stocklers happy (organizing parties, special events, breakfasts…)

🎯 Objectives: what could be examples of your first quarter objectives?

  • Objective: Ensure happiness at Stockly

Performance measurement: Stocklers smiles! :)

Tasks: You will be in charge of making sure Stocklers (and yourself!) are happy at work! This goes through organising amazing events (parties and diners) very autonomously, making sure the office is set up properly and Stocklers have the right equipment, etc.

🥊 Challenges: what are the challenges / problems you will solve?

  • As we grow fast, it is critical for the HR function to be strong, and to find the smart ways to handle the increasing workload!

  • Tasks can be very different, form very operational (ensure the office is setup) to very strategic (moving to new offices for ~100 people)

  • As HR tasks are sensitive, we need to be flawless (you can’t make mistakes on people onboardings 😉)

  • How to implement and build strong processes to transform a startup to a scale-up in just a few months

  • What are the critical HR and office management tasks in a company

  • Working in a fast pace, structure and super-efficient tech environment
