The Position

🔎 In a nutshell

We are searching a Business Operations Associate to:

  • Build new processes (e.g. data-driven approach to project management and decision-making, new business reviews…)

  • Help the company keep growing fast by unlocking insights, and dealing with data everyday

  • Improve existing business processes (e.g. onboarding partners, tracking their performance, building efficient reporting…)

You will be working closely with our COO Pierre who leads our growth strategy.

🧑‍🚀 About your future job

🎯 Objectives

  • Handle a pivotal transversal role, actively make the link between various teams (e.g. tech and business teams)

  • Track and support all important business projects with precision: those that are not started yet but have great potentials

  • Imagine new solutions to the issues we can encounter with some of our retailers (e.g. new operational issues, specific e-commerce processes, cross-country complexities)

  • Ensure our Business processes are well executed

🥊 Challenges

  • Master the high level of complexity of a technical e-commerce software product

  • Navigate in an exponentially growing amount of data, mastering a wide range of KPIs (business KPIs, operational KPIs, etc.)

  • Deal with a lot of complexity specific (or not) to some partners, in an ever-expanding technical environment

  • Manage side-projects to improve the overall team’s performance

📚 Learnings

  • How to build state of the art processes, contributing to maintain the organization super efficient and to help you reach your objectives, even in a fast-growing environment

  • How to deal with the complexity of having a very varied range of stakeholders, both internally and externally (we work with retailers all over European Union, with very various cultures, languages and backgrounds)

  • How e-commerce works, business models, used technology, problems retailers encounter every day

  • Understand how Stockly works internally to add even more value to the company

🔭 Projection

  • Possibility to have a lot of weight over how we do things - we are still a young company

  • Leading transversal projects by working with literally all of the teams at Stockly

  • Providing insights to pilot the company’s strategy and growth

  • Improving processes to help scale the team

💝 About your future benefits

  • Competitive packages: for this position, package range is typically 60-75k€ depending on the profile (e.g. basic knowledge to expert). We have a well defined and objective salary grid that is based on both skills level and scarcity of profiles 💸

  • BSPCE 🚀

  • Health insurance provided by Alan 💊

  • Meal vouchers by Swile 🍽️

  • 50% reimbursement of your Navigo Pass 🚋

  • A central and amazing working environment in le Sentier (Paris) 💼

  • Stockly dinners together every other Thursday 🍻

  • Stockly breakfasts together every other Friday 🥐

  • Coffee, tea and fruits available everyday 🍇

  • Climbing, football & more team 🧗

⚙️ About how we work

  • Every team has a daily meeting to align on priorities and solve issues ⇒ You won’t be left alone!

  • Every Monday we have a global weekly meeting where every team shares what they are working on and what they will do for the coming week ⇒ You will have visibility on the whole company!

  • Every quarter we have our OKR meeting (Objectives, Key Results) where each team shows the results of the previous quarter and the objectives of the following one ⇒ You will see the company grow and your own role inside of it!

  • During all these meetings everyone can challenge each other and all questions are more than welcome ⇒ Transparency is one of our key values, and we are always open to new ideas!
