🔎 In a nutshell, what we look for?

We are looking for a smart and talented German speaker 🇩🇪 to join our amazing team of Key Account Managers (e.g. Ilayda, Begoña, Juliette, Noémie…). You will be directly working with our COO Pierre.

We are looking for a CDI to start as soon as possible.

🏈 Your future Team

The Key Account Managers team (aka ‘Partner Success’ team) is in charge of maintaining and growing the relationship with our partners. The team has a pivotal role in Stockly’s growth and successfully manages hundreds of suppliers and e-retailers.

Over the past years, typical missions of the team have included:

  • Managing more than 300 partners in the Stockly network

  • Identifying new opportunities within the network to increasing turnover, increase automation, increase margins…

  • Supervising the integration process for new partners, internally and with the partner

  • Monitoring our pool of supply and ensuring great KPIs and operational performance

  • Performing data checks to analyze the performance of the partners and taking actions to implement improvements

  • Objective: Ensure 100% retention rate with existing partners

    Performance measurement: number of partners that churn

  • Objective: Boost Gross Merchandising Value and Margin

    Performance measurement: Volume, value of transactions through Stockly network & margin levels

🥊 Challenges: what are the challenges / problems you will solve?

  • Deal with a lot of complexity specific (or not) to some partners, in an ever-expanding technical environment

  • Lead negotiations with the retailers, be tenacious to demonstrate the value of Stockly for them

  • Manage side-projects to improve the overall team’s performances

📚 Learnings: what will you learn?

  • Understand how Stockly works internally to add even more value to the company

  • How e-commerce works, business models, used technology, problems the retailers encounter every day

  • How to pitch to a very large variety of players (we work with retailers all over European Union, with very various cultures, languages and backgrounds)

  • How to use the best processes to keep the organization super efficient and to help you reach your objectives

Recruitment process
