The position

Job description

Swan is looking for a FP&A Manager to join our best-in-class Finance team (6 people).

You will directly report to our Lead Finance and work in close collaboration with another FP&A Manager.

✨ Main tasks

Reporting and Cost controlling

  • Work closely with our internal Accounting Team to guarantee an accurate monthly closing

  • Ensure a close follow-up from our Gross Margin costs database

  • Deliver monthly analyses, including:

    • Topline follow-up

    • Gross Margin performance (per product line, per client, per country, etc.)

    • Sales & Marketing Efficiency

  • Improve Finance Team’s efficiency by automating reports

Forecasting and Budgeting

  • Drive and share monthly forecasting analyses to the Company and to Swan’s investors

  • Support our bi-yearly budgeting process

Business Partnering and Analysis

  • Drive relationships with Swan’s Top Management, providing business performance and ad-hoc analyses

  • Establish clear deliverables, which will be part of our Monthly Reporting Cadence

  • Work alongside Payment Operations team to optimize our Gross Margin management

  • Accompany Sales Team on their pricing and margin simulations


Preferred experience

You’re a great match if:

  • You have between 5 and 7 years of experience, ideally having worked in a scale-up firm (fintech experience is a plus).

  • You know how to deal with massive database, and consider automation as the key to scaling (coding skills is a plus).

  • You’re rigorous and organized: your approach is meticulous, with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

  • You’re autonomous and proactive: you know how to manage your priorities and are able to adapt to changing conditions.

  • You embrace challenges: you’re enthusiastic about tackling complex tasks and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • You have advanced Excel and Google Suite skills: you’re adept at using these tools to manipulate data and create detailed reports.

  • You’re Fluent in English: You possess at least a C1 level in English, enabling effective communication in our international environment.
