Context:

As a successful Salesforce delivery lead, you will lead a Salesforce implementation engagement end-to-end, managing a complex diversified scope as well as multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will be the key pillar of the program, guiding the different teams to achieve the objectives on time, within the budget and with the desired quality, all while ensuring the client satisfaction.

Who you are:

Overall:

You are a Salesforce delivery lead, with a strong Salesforce knowledge, with at least 12 years of experience in the field

You are accustomed to international contexts, and contributed previously to the success of complex programs

You are passionate about resolving today’s business challenges through digital transformation

You are a good listener who can lead complex business discussions and manage key stakeholders to get to the desired outcome

Ambiguity, multi-tasking, rapid shifting in priorities and environments are not things that scare you

You are empathetic, accountable, and you are known to maintain good relationships with client and team members

Your Salesforce expertise:

You are an expert in one or more Salesforce modules

You previously designed Salesforce solutions end-to-end, from requirements gathering, to translating it into the Salesforce platform, while balancing between client needs and Salesforce platform capabilities

You have and maintain at least 2 Salesforce certifications

Your delivery management capabilities:

You can elaborate a high-level roadmap as well as a detailed plan that makes sense, taking into consideration the different constraints, debate it with the key stakeholders and execute it successfully

You are thorough, organized, and keep a trace of the project history, all the key activities & discussions

You know what RAID log means, and you alert early in the process of any issue or risk, while presenting adequate solutions or alternatives

You can lead difficult discussions with key stakeholders, achieve win-win results and resolve conflicts

You know how to manage the different implementation teams and guide the team for optimal results

You have great presentation skills, fluid and comprehensive in French and English

What you will do:

Lead Salesforce implementation engagement, and provide engagement leadershipAssess engagement performance, risks, issues and impact on solution delivery, client’s commitments and relationshipManage program resources, financials, and contingencyEnsure the team high performanceOwn the implementation plan and ensure delivering the right value to the clientManage client expectations continuouslyLead key discussions, such as business discussions, scoping, and regular governance meetings Monitor & control the quality management processAs needed, support on pre-sales activities and proposal development
