The first interview:
During an initial telephone interview with a member of our recruitment team, we'll take the time to introduce you to TEHTRIS, the project and the team you'll be working in.
You'll also have a chance to tell us about your background and why you're applying for a job with us.
The main aim of this discussion is to find out your profile, so that we can match you with one of our open positions and see if you're aligned with our values - a very important notion for us!
What happens next?
If the first exchange is successful, your CV is forwarded internally to the relevant team for feedback.
If it's a GO, we organize an interview with one or two business experts and the HR team.
