In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our Life Sciences clients for AI biomarkers discovery projects. You will be primarily responsible for understanding deeply the clinical questions on the project and its objectives, supervising and managing the project in collaboration with our pharmaceutical / biotech partners and healthcare / hospital partners. This role requires dual expertise in pharma / biotech / life sicences and project management/ strong professional customer facing abilities, as well as the ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals through understanding of applicability of machine learning and AI technologies in their projects (clinical trials optimization, patient stratification, market access, etc).

MISSIONS

Project Management:

• Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and required resources.

• Create and maintain Gantt charts to track project progress.

• Define and document specific deliverables for each project phase.

• Define and manage budget.

  Client Interface:

• Ensure communication and expectation management with pharmaceutical clients.

• Organize and lead regular meetings with clients to discuss progress and potential obstacles.

  Interaction with Healthcare Professionals:

• Understanding biopharma companies use cases and pain points and proposing solutions using AI technologies and TheraPanacea’s technological assets to resolve.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure data compliance and integrity.

• Facilitate coordination between internal teams and healthcare professionals.

  Data Analysis and statistics:

• Execute basic queries on databases to extract and analyze relevant clinical and patient data to provide answers to the clinical questions at stake in projects.

• Interpret data with clinical experts and customers to iteratively refine machine learning and AI algorithms in order to answer in an optimal manner to the scientific and clinical problems at stake.

  Machine Learning:

• Understand the fundamental concepts of machine learning and its potential application in projects.

• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate machine learning solutions into projects where relevant.

  REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Curiosity and passion for innovation in healthcare

  • Ability to deep-dive automously in complex lifesciences and scientific topics

  • Project planning skills and proficiency in using tools such as MS Project or similar software.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals.

  • Understanding of basic machine learning concepts.

  • Analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities

  • Fluent english and french

    Minimum level required:

  • Degree in pharmacy, lifesciens  or a similar field.

  • 3 to 5 years experience in pharma or biotech, CRO industry working in R&D, RWE, market access, innovation domain

  • Proven experience in project management within the pharmaceutical / biotech sector.

A series of two to three individual interviews with HR and operations then a presentation on a proposed case study and a final interview with CEO.
