At Trustsoft, we open doors for students and fresh graduates ready to dive into the exciting world of cloud computing and DevOps.

Twice a year, we launch our internship program, where brave and ambitious individuals get the chance to tackle real challenges. As an intern, you'll become an integral part of our teams, experiencing firsthand what it takes to migrate from on-premises solutions to AWS. From cloud architecture and DevOps automation to operations, you'll get hands-on experience and get to try all the steps that make these transitions successful. We believe in seeing the big picture, so you'll also get to interact with our project team, salespeople, and product managers.

It all kicks off with Intro Day, where we immerse you in the world of AWS. But it doesn’t end there! If we find common ground and see potential in working together, we’ll offer you a job—perhaps as a Cloud Engineer in our Operations team. From there, you’ll embark on fascinating projects, gradually building your tech skills alongside experienced seniors, piece by piece, until the puzzle makes sense.

You’re a student or fresh graduate who’s passionate about IT.
You’ve tried Linux, worked with databases, and can handle Python or another programming language like a pro.
If you’ve explored AWS, GCP, or Azure during a personal project, we’ll be throwing a mini celebration in your honor! Your English is solid—enough to nail meetings with international clients. Bonus points if you’re fluent in Czech or Slovak.
You’re based in Prague or nearby and prefer in-person office vibes because, let’s face it, learning in person beats online. You know it. We know it.

Trustsoft is a company that was founded through the meeting of the owners of two firms. One side excelled in sales, while the other mastered IT technologies. One thing led to another, and Trustsoft began to flourish into its current form.

Trustsoft is a team of cloud enthusiasts. They have already helped many companies move to the cloud. Thanks to their ups and downs, they are now capable of preparing a tailored cloud strategy. Equally important for them is being a lifetime partner to their clients, which is why, after successful migration, they also focus their attention on Operations.

Their primary market is Switzerland, while their delivery center is based in Prague. Last year, they received the prestigious AWS Partner of the Year award in Switzerland. They have been certified by AWS in four competencies and hold eight service validations, making them a trusted AWS Advanced Partner.

Just coming in for a paycheck is not enough for them. At Trustsoft, the belief is that you can rely on your team, and they can rely on you. If someone’s word doesn’t hold, they’ll have to go find a chair elsewhere. They enjoy meeting in the office and sharing face-to-face time. Communication sometimes lags a bit because everyone is deeply engrossed in their projects, but they’re working on improving that and welcome ideas on how to make it even better.

Good to know

From the beginning, Trustsoft has been lucky with the right people. When someone joins the current team who doesn’t quite fit in, they naturally start to stand out from the crowd and eventually fall out.

Their team includes two holders of the Golden Jacket, an award given to those who complete all AWS certifications within a set period. According to AWS, they are the only ones in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with this achievement.

Internally, they are still a bit punk. They’re growing and have a vision, but they navigate various paths without processes and aren’t always on the same page. The company’s development is also shaped by external learnings and opportunities—this is how TAF came to be.

They work with Amazon Web Services technology and are based in the Amazon Court building. Where else could they have looked for new offices two years ago, right?

Some team members work directly under the client’s direction on contracts. As a result, they are more distant from the team and are often less familiar, both in terms of their faces and their knowledge. Therefore, Trustsoft aims to find a way to stay naturally in touch with them and share know-how among everyone.
