Lukáš is a team player who approaches every meeting with ease and a smile on his face. He listens well and manages to handle a huge volume of tasks of all kinds while maintaining a high standard of quality. Anything that comes out of his mouth makes sense. His strong point is the ability to communicate any message with respect for others.

He can attract people from the market, is a balanced speaker with broad knowledge, and keeps an overview of all processes within the company. He loves discovering new technologies and automating processes. He enjoys sailing with his boat.

Silviu has experienced a lot in Trustsoft during his 3 years of collaboration. He has participated in many projects, often acting as a fearless knight bravely fighting for his country. He is one of the proud holders of the AWS Golden Jacket. Anyone you ask in the team will tell you that he is both loved and disliked for his stupid jokes, of which he makes many every day. He has excellent self-reflection and is an outstanding mentor to junior team members. In the team, there’s a saying that if you don’t know something and the documentation didn’t help, you should ask Uncle Silviu.

Razvan is a passionate person, completely dedicated to the tasks he undertakes. He has a great ability to tune into others and understand their needs, and then communicate in a way that is easy for them to grasp. He is always looking for ways to make customers happy while achieving his own goals, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

In our team, he stands out for his ability to imitate accents from many world languages, regularly entertaining us with this talent. He is definitely a candidate for world stand-up comedy stages. He is always positive, in a good mood, genuinely interested in others, and loves conspiracy theories of all kinds.

Petr started with Trustsoft as a junior developer in the client team, where it quickly became clear that development wasn't his forte, but he excels at team tuning. He naturally took on this role himself, and it has stuck with him.

He cares about who he has on the team, the quality of work each individual does, and offers solutions if someone is stuck. He can recognize a person's personality and work with them individually. He has great foresight and planning skills.

He works day and night to ensure that both the customer and his team are satisfied. He often tells us that he feels sidelined if he feels he is not being thought of enough. He addresses everyone in the company as "Mr.," which has started to spread across teams as company slang.

Adam joined the team in spring 2024 as a junior member who seized his chance with determination—literally. Within just a few months, he advanced from being a novice to a level that no one expected. He overcame his fears through his will, desire to learn, and knowledge. He says it's also thanks to the team, as he always receives the support he needs from others.

He is a representative of a junior who Trustsoft will support even at midnight. He radiates such a wonderful calm that even on more complicated days, being in his presence helps others quickly find their inner peace again.

Anička is a determined woman who achieves her goals through her persistence and feminine gentleness. She started as a junior project manager, later gained the opportunity to join the recruitment team, and subsequently moved into sales. She has succeeded in all areas. She has navigated many thorny paths to gain recognition from even our highest ranks.

She enjoys asking for feedback to improve herself. She has a genuine interest in others, knows how to listen, comfort, and advise. She is not afraid to express her opinion.

She is admired for how well she learned Czech in just a few months. Anička works on herself 24/7 and loves long walks in Prague to clear her mind.
