The position

Job description

The mission of the Consumer Growth team is to make Uber Eats the preferred food delivery platform for customers in France. To do so, we focus on growing & retaining consumers on the platform by optimizing every aspect of acquisition, engagement, membership, and pricing.

The role is key to supporting the growth of Uber Eats France and combines various skills such as project management, process creation, sophisticated data analytics, and daily interactions with City Managers, Brand, Finance, and our Product teams based in New York, San Francisco and Amsterdam.

What You Will Do

  • New User Acquisition:
    • Work with brand and performance marketing to ensure we are acquiring the right users, for the right price, and are achieving our user growth targets
    • Ideate, execute, track, and optimize new users acquisition campaigns. Whether is via flyering, partnerships, or other channels, your job will be to get users to make their first uber eats orders and ensure that they stay engaged after that
  • User engagement:
    • Work on campaigns to engage and improve order frequency of millions of users, leveraging product features, emails, push notifications, and in-app communications
    • Ideate and launch data-driven and personalized CRM campaigns at scale to showcase the best merchant selection to our users, handling the complexity of having millions of users in hundreds of cities with thousands of different merchants
What You Will Need
  • Analytics: you're proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and SQL,
  • Attention to detail: you know the details that matter and can work reliably on user-facing CRM and communications
  • Problem solving: sitting at the intersection of the digital and physical world means solving complex problems every day and using data to drive action
  • Business acumen: understanding and being fully aware of how our business operates and how it makes money and sustains profitable growth, now and in the future
