As our activity keeps growing, with 10 residences currently under management, Urban Campus is looking for a new Junior Sales Representative to support the Operations team in its growth in the Spanish coliving market. This is a position which reports to Irache, Sales Manager in our Spanish team.
As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be part of the sales team, in charge of getting people to live in our Coliving spaces. After the marketing team attracts potential customers, your responsibility will be to engage them, showing the spaces by doing virtual visits, and following up with them to solve all their questions.
You will be working within an international, young, startup environment and get to bond with our vibrant community of colivers. You will be part of a team that is revolutionizing the way we live and work together in cities, and take part in some of the most innovative projects in Real estate.
You would be responsible for the following tasks, among others:
Being the first point of contact of prospects: make sure their experience is great from the first contact with us!
Following up with leads, touring them around our spaces, guiding them through the subscription process and being there for them until they join our spaces
Creating contact databases for direct sales
Keeping our acquisition funnel updated and optimized
Working with the Asset Management team to coordinate your efforts
Conducting market research and competitors analysis
What we are looking for :
Full fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish language is a must
Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and have a problem-solving attitude
Good social skills: you will be dealing with people all. the. time :)
Capacity to work autonomously
Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to adapt to constant change and new processes
Great presentation and communication skills
Strong team spirit
