Your mission if you accept it

Reporting to the CFO, the RMS Manager needs to ensure the proper administrative and financial follow-up of the services part (Training, Support and Services provided by our consultants...) for all Business Units (8 countries).

We are also implementing an ERP which will impact the RMS team in the coming months.  

You will responsible for the management of the Revenue Management Services Team (6 team members) to supervise the sales administration & to ensure the smooth running & continuous improvement of closures for all business units.  

Our training program will allow you to progressively acquire the skills and the knowledge on the tools necessary to do your job. 

Things you'll be working on : 

Sales administration for a specific BU 

- Check the projects in our management tool for a specific Business Unit: process and trace anomalies related to the contracts, employee expense reports...

- Follow these projects: monitor the progress, check for overrun, prepare closing and end of month checks

- Prepare and send invoices to customers according to the different stages of progress

Transversal BU's role

- Supervise and secure entry data in Time Control tools

- Control post-closing data

- Follow-up the RMS dashboards & KPI's

- Bring support to Project Managers and Sales team 

- Ensure relationship with Syges suppliers

- Ensure processes, methods & tools continuous improvement and lead corrective actions with CTO/IT support (i.e: invoices payment collection; control checks...)

Operational management

- Ensure that the processes are understood and followed by your team

- Lead weekly operational meetings

- Bring support to the team with their daily tasks, accompany the team to improve their skills 

- Facilitate team work, ensure good communication within the team

ERP implementation project

- Participate on the implementation of Netsuite (ERP) and the process definition for the RMS team

Reporting to CFO

- Report progress of the closure cycle, daily or specific issues, improvement ideas

- Report about RMS team 

Do you have what it takes to be a RMS Manager ?

You graduated in 2 year degree in commerce/management/administration/finance and have 5 years' experience minimum in a similar position including team management or in IT services company.  

You must be fluent in English (spoken and written), as you will be dealing with English speakers on a regular basis.  

Ideally, you will have experience in sales administration in an IT services company or with a software editor.

As a manager, you know how to adapt and take the time to help your team resolve situations and improve. 

You enjoy problem solving and continuous improvement.    

Your rigour and organisational skills will be your greatest assets in this role. 

You like figures and you're not at all afraid to immerse yourself in analysis or reporting.

You're enthusiastic, committed and a good communicator.
