We are committed to supporting the career
development, and future employability.
We have created, established, and communicated,
an internal application process to explain how it all works, so that everyone can play a part in their own development.
Offices have a fully-equipped kitchen as well as a
rest and/or games area.
Also planned are: a guitar, darts, a reading area,
PlayStation, table tennis, and table football!
At Valiantys, we believe in being the rocket fuel behind your career- to provide rich opportunities for the development and career progression for our teams.
To support this we have developed an in-house career
tree and competency mapping tool which helps team members and managers to understand what potential roles exist within our organisation today, and also for tomorrow.
More importantly, we equip all our team members with the ability to discuss their career aspirations with their managers, and plot a course for how they can be supported to get there.
It also offers opportunities for international mobility in one of the 9 countries where we are based in.
Although we have not developed any particular action beyond a desire to have mixed teams.
We can therefore conclude that there are no practices at Valiantys that
disadvantage women.
We have many female managers, including on our executive committee. What counts for us is competence and professionalism.
Gender, age, ethnic origin or skin colour are irrelevant in our day-to-day work
and in our decision-making and in the decisions we take.

continuous learning: skills development, a shared
knowledge base and a personal training budget.
Here are some initiatives:
Practices: Practices are communities that allow you to specialize in a particular field by receiving support, training and
advice.
Its consultants benefit from 3 days per
month of "capitalization" dedicated to the
development of their personal or technical skills
around three specializations: ITSM, Cloud &
Agility.
LinkedIn Learning: All new employees are
assigned a personal LinkedIn Learning license
upon arrival.

The company offers me training that is useful for my professional development.
Valiantys'expertise is matched by their appetites : at least
two or three times a week, there are pastires, a cake, or a
culinary speciality, to share in our kitchen.
We've even created our own recipe book !
The Valiantys Day is their get together once a year; to take
stock, do a team-building activity, and enjoy a fun evening out together.
Workshops, each team usually does one or two workshops a year, followed by a relaxed evening to unwind Celebrations !
