With over 25 years of experience in IT Service Management, Erin has dedicated the past 5 years to Valiantys, where she serves as a Principal Consultant and Head of the Enterprise Service Management Practice for EMEA within the Professional Services division. Based in London, England, her role encompasses working closely with pre-sales and marketing teams across EMEA. In Delivery, Erin provides guidance, advisory services, and hands-on implementation. As an ultramarathon runner, Erin brings the same endurance, dedication, and passion to her professional life, ensuring that every project she touches runs smoothly and efficiently.

Bhav Makwana has been with the company for three years, bringing over 20 years of experience in his field. Currently based in London, UK, Bhav serves as a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer within the EMEA PreSales department. Known for his insightful and innovative approach, Bhav combines fresh ideas with a relaxed yet focused attitude, working holistically to develop comprehensive and effective solutions for customers. He believes that incorporating fun into work is crucial for job satisfaction. Outside of his professional life, Bhav enjoys listening to a diverse range of music, from Classical to Drum and Bass, while working.

Yoni has been with Valiantys since May 2023, serving as a Professional Services Manager in the UK Professional Services unit. With over 15 years of experience in professional services and IT consultancy, he is a strategic and results-oriented leader known for managing high impact projects and fostering cross-regional team collaboration within the Atlassian ecosystem. A fun fact about Yoni is that he once took a year off to teach Business English to C-suite executives in Mexico, integrating innovative methods like the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) and STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) frameworks into my curriculum, which significantly helped students advance in their careers

I am based in Amsterdam (NL) missing the sun and happy people of home country, Brazil. I have two beautiful ladies – one is like Lady Di, and the other one is like Lady Gaga  (12 and 9 years old).  I am working at CoE Team as License & Loyalty Sales EMEA. I’ve been working for Valiantys for 9 years (super proud of it!) , and consistently exceed my targets, with my attention to details and communication skills, closing €44M in total of renewals opportunities. Also, I have 20 years’ experience in Sales & MKR in IT industry.

Jérôme started his career by typing on a keyboard, but no musical notes came out. Initially trained in IT, he worked in several technical fields (Unix, C, Oracle, OSF/Motif, Java, etc.) and has several hats (developer, trainer, technical expert, project manager, etc.) before following his mother's advice: IT leads to everything as long as you get out of it.
In fact, Jérôme spent his entire career in IT companies (so he wasn't an obedient son), moving from operations to sales (a profession that is all too disparaged in France) and then to management as the companies he worked for grew.
With over 30 years' experience and just 4 different companies, Jérôme enjoys nothing more than understanding how teams work and how they interact with each other and, of course, with their customers.

Hina joined Valiantys in 2018 as a consultant on Atlassian solutions. Her role focuses on methodology and analysing customer needs.
She enjoys being in daily contact with her customers by going out into the field.
Today, she's a senior consultant specialising in a subject she's passionate about: enterprise agility at scale. When she's not working, she likes to let off steam at the gym in a crossfit class with her friends.
It's a discipline that teaches her a lot about pushing herself.
When she prefers to recharge her batteries, she turns to a calmer, more serene activity: watercolour painting.

Philipe has over 25 years' experience in the fields of infrastructure and ITSM/ALM software.
He has held positions as consultant project manager, project manager manager and BU manager.
He joined Valiantys in January 2020 and he is now in charge of a team of consultants in the Paris office and I'm also a project manager.
He describes himself as a Chinese juggler with his plates, the aim being to avoid breaking one. What he likes about Valiantys is the growth dynamic and the Valiantys spirit, which can be summed up as mutual aid and good understanding.

Çagil has been a Valiantys consultant since 2021.
She carries out a variety of assignments for clients of all sizes and from different sectors: banking, telecoms and even social services.
Beyond the technical challenges, Çagil also enjoys being in contact with customers and understanding their challenges.
She discovered the world of Atlassian 3 years ago, working for Airbus as a support engineer. The tools really appealed to her and today she's delighted to be working in the Atlassian world on a daily basis.
On the personal note, Çagil is a great dreamer: she has a passion for reading and has been practising aerial dance for several years.

Alexandrine joined Valiantys in 2013. Initially as a Sales Administration Assistant, she was able to progress and take responsibility for an entire team as Business Operation Licences Manager.
She strives to support each member of her team so that they become autonomous in their missions.
As in her personal life, Alexandrine's aim is to have a dynamic, close-knit team with a great sense of humour. And if you're lucky enough to work with her, she might even be able to teach you a few dance steps, her lifelong passion.

Elodie was responsible for managing the changeover to Jira over 10 years ago.
Today, thanks to Valiantys, she has been able to acquire the same expertise on Confluence and follow the development of other Atlassian products as a Consultant.
She has also been able to develop on a personal level, adapting to more varied assignments and customers. Thanks to this increase in skills, both technical and soft skills, she will soon become a project manager, providing the new consultants with the best possible support in developing their know-how and interpersonal skills.

Gaël has already held 3 jobs in 2 different cities, all at Valiantys.
Passionate about innovative technologies, he supports the consultants in their missions as a project manager. Now in transition to an operational excellence role, he'll be keen to bring his 'geeky side' and experience to bear on all the group's employees.
In his spare time, he alternates between football, squash and mountain outings.

Alex is a Senior Consultant and been a member of the Valiantys team since 2017.
Having worked with a number of clients from Switzerland France and Germany, he has accumulated a profound expertise of the Atlassian Solutions, ITSM practices and Agile at Scale.
He is passionate about learning the latest technologies and actively shares this knowledge. Whether with his colleagues at Valiantys, with clients during workshops, or when he is leading training sessions.
When he is at the office in Bern he enjoys challenging his colleagues to a game of bubble hockey and in his free time he channels his passion for sports as an active member of an ice hockey team.

Esther has been the Office Coordinator and Customer Contract Renewal Specialist at Valiantys Switzerland since 2020.
She manages the two offices in Vevey and Berne and takes care of everything inherent in the office administration position (logistics, invoicing, orders, contact with suppliers/customers etc.).
She enjoys challenges and contact with colleagues from all walks of life, and loves working at Valiantys because no day is the same and her tasks are varied, ranging from training and event organisation to administrative tasks in the broadest sense.
She joined the small Valiantys Switzerland team as an Office Coordinator, as the team grew rapidly, she was given the opportunity to take on responsibility for renewing licence contracts for Swiss customers, broadening her range of skills and always with a smile!
Pro-active, she likes to take the initiative and help her team with whatever they need, happily moving around the two offices in Vevey and Berne and sharing a good cup of coffee with her colleagues.

Max kickstarted his career in 2021 as an Account Manager at Valiantys, leveraging nearly a decade of sales experience in the financial industry. In his role Max managed a diverse client portfolio, from SMEs to large enterprises, positioning Valiantys as an industry leader through his adaptability and strategic acumen. Recognising his potential, Valiantys supported Max's evolution first into the role of Sales Teamleader and now to the role of Sales Director.

Beyond the corporate world, Max finds joy in exploring new destinations with his wife and son. Prioritising a balanced life, he emphasises the significance of maintaining harmony between work and personal pursuits.
