Job summary 

As Valiantys is growing, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, who will lead our efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top talent, while also managing and developing the EMEA Talent Acquisition team (3 Talent acquisition managers in direct management).

Based in Paris, you will report to our Head of People & Culture EMEA, this role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans, overseeing the recruitment process, enhancing our employer brand, and fostering a collaborative team environment that supports professional growth and development.

Things you'll be working on : 

Leadership & Team Management 

- Coordinate hiring and onboarding of new team members, and oversee the validation of timesheets and holiday requests

- Ensure team career development fostering a collaborative environment  

- Establish and maintain clear escalation procedures to ensure that recruitment challenges are promptly addressed by the appropriate higher-level stakeholders, enabling quick resolution and continuity in hiring processes

Strategic Recruitment Planning

- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s goals and workforce plans

- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely filling of vacancies

- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

- Prepare and present detailed reports on hiring progress and outcomes to your regional HoTE & Global CPO

Recruitment Process Management

- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding

- Regularly communicate with Hiring Managers to fully understand their hiring requirements and provide strategic advice on recruitment best practices

Best Practices & Improvement

- Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and ethical standards and incorporate best practices in talent acquisition

- Stay tuned on the latest trends in recruitment and incorporate these insights into recruitment practices

Employer Branding

- Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance the organization’s employer brand

- Develop content and strategies for various platforms to attract potential candidates and establish the company as an employer of choice

Do you have what it takes to be a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager ? 

You have 5 years minimum of experience as a Talent Acquisition Team Manager with a proven track record of recruiting in the IT industry (Technical Consultants, Software Engineers, Key account Managers).

But you also are and have:

- A strong asset to manager a team remotely with different culture & seniority

- A strong interest in recruitments tool and platforms which could make our life easier,

- Talented at identifying people's skills and understanding their motivational drivers

- Innately good judge of character with ability to articulate your recommendation based on evidence

- Tech savvy and social network focused

- An ability to persuade and negotiate to rally potential talents

- A strong sense of customer service and excellent organisational skills

You also are:  

- Fluent in English 

- Fluent in French 

- If you speak Dutch or German, it would be the cherry on the cake!
