Your role at Veesion:

We are seeking a motivated Growth Assistant (Apprentice/Alternant) to join our dynamic and international marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to a fast-paced growth environment while working closely with our Growth Marketing Manager. As a Growth Assistant, you will assist with:

Campaign Support: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns across email (lead nurturing), SMS/WhatsApp, and paid channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Participate in running A/B tests on campaigns.

Content Creation: Assist with creating email copy and building emails on our marketing tool, Hubspot, and developing marketing collateral, such as demand and lead generation content, and lead magnets.

Outbound Campaigns: Assist with crafting personalized email sequences, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up strategies for outbound prospecting.

Referral Programs: Help launch and manage referral campaigns (multi-channel) to drive acquisition.

Upselling Campaigns: Assist in strategizing and executing campaigns (multi-channel) to upsell to current clients.

Analytics & Performance Reporting: Update and communicate on campaign performance metrics, assist with generating reports, and help brainstorm improvement.

Collaboration: Assist the Growth Marketing Manager with timely follow-ups and project updates to the rest of the Marketing team and Sales Managers.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a fast learner with a passion for growth marketing and the B2B technology landscape.

  • Has excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Is detail-oriented, organized, and can manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Is data-driven and results-oriented.

  • Has a basic understanding of marketing tools such as HubSpot (or an equivalent CRM tool), and email marketing platforms.

  • Most importantly, someone who is motivated and willing to take on a challenge!

Profile

We’re looking for a driven and curious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English, an additional European language is a plus.

  • Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Analytics, or CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce) are a plus.
