Role Overview: Partner Success Manager 

The primary responsibility of the Partner Success Manager is to build, strengthen, and sustain mutually beneficial relationships with our partners. This role demands a balance of technical expertise and strategic insight to ensure the ongoing success and growth of these partnerships.

Partner Onboarding and Relationship Management

  • Coordinate with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure the smooth adoption of our solutions in the partner’s customers.
  • Execute onboarding plans tailored to the needs of each partner and use case.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners post-sales, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Keep open communication with all partner teams and departments.
  • Keep updated and provide visibility about a list of requests from all Signaturit partners.
  • Keep track and provide visibility of partners requesting ad-hoc software developments.
  • Provide partners with technical guidance and support.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance partner knowledge.
  • Analyze partner feedback and suggest product improvements.
  • Drive performance metrics to assess partner satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Collaborate in the development of strategic go-to-market plans with partners.
  • Proven experience in partner management and customer success roles.
  • Technical acumen with an understanding of SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights that drive business decisions.
