What you will do at Signaturit 🚀

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. 
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting process, from RAF creation, job posting to offer acceptance, for all open positions. 
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
  • Active Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to actively identify and engage with potential candidates by using databases, social media, etc. 
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. 
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/ HRBPs 
  • Onboarding: Onboard new employees to become fully integrated. 
  • ATS Management: Manage the administration and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System to ensure efficient recruitment processes. 
  • Pipeline Management: Always maintain a pipeline of candidates, especially for the Revenue and Tech departments to ensure a quick turnaround for these critical roles Building relationships with potential candidates and creating a best-in-class candidate experience. 
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice through various channels. 
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use and generate recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and make informed decisions. 
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations. 
  • CHRO Reporting: Maintain a follow-up file to provide regular updates to the CHRO on recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Tech Industry (min 5 years) 
  • A deep understanding of the tech industry and the specific skills and qualifications needed for various technical roles 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to identify and attract top talent, particularly those with experience in software development and eSignature solutions 
  • Relationship-building, and assessment skills are essential for this role 
  • Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in French would be a significant plus. 
  • Bac +5 in Occupational Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources or Labour Relations
