Job description

One of our major banking clients is seeking a Business Data Analyst to advance the client relationship program across multiple channels.

This program encompasses email campaign automation, data quality improvements, product reference framework development, and the integration of an Information System with a predictive AI solution. The role will lead these three key workstreams:

- Data Automation: Continuation of the automation of Marketing communication campaigns.

- Data Quality: Study and implementation of a unified Product Reference Framework in the data warehouse.

- Data Analytics: Support the integration of the AI platform with the Information System.

As a Business Data Analyst, your main tasks will include:

- Analyzing and studying the business needs of the project

- Participating in the project design phase by drafting User Stories in collaboration with the Product Owner and business teams

- Assisting the development team (MOE) in understanding requirements and monitoring development work

- Participating in the functional testing phase (drafting test plans, monitoring progress, performing and validating tests)

- Updating and maintaining internal deliverables for the team

Candidate profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience

- Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst

- At least one experience in the banking/insurance sector
